Service Details for Therapy Clients

Therapeutic Approach

All services, including therapy, are offered from an integrative approach, drawing mainly from Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). This is an evidence-informed, collaborative and focused approach that is helpful for treating a wide range of difficulties. This approach focuses more on building self-knowledge to make meaningful and lasting changes in your life, and less on teaching specific “skills.”

All services are offered from a collaborative and affirming perspective.
